Police Raid House On Moy

(WINDSOR, ON) – Police have arrested and charged a Windsor man for various weapons and drugs charges after executing a search warrant at a residence in the 600 block of Moy.

In the evening of July 29, members of the Windsor Police’s Drugs and Guns Unit raided the residence as part of their investigation. A suspect was placed under arrest at the scene.

Officers located a .22 calibre Lakefield rifle along with two magazines, one loaded with ammunition, and a set of brass knuckles. Police also located 5.3 grams of marihuana.

As a result, Kamal Bazzi, 37, has been charged with Possess Firearm No Licence, Possess Prohibited Weapon, Possess Marihuana, two counts of Fail to Comply With a Condition of Judicial Release, Improper Storage of a Firearm, Possess Prohibited Weapon While Prohibited, Possess Firearm While Prohibited, and Possess Ammunition While Prohibited.
