Construction Continuing At AGW

(WINDSOR, ON) – Construction is continuing on the Museum Expansion Project. It has been on-going for a few months, since renovations began, at the site of the New Community Museum inside the Art Gallery.

Now some of the work is shifting to the François Baby House with improvements being made to the exhibit areas. To accommodate​ the alterations, François Baby House will be closed from March 22 to May 18, and reopening on May 19.

The work will involve packing and preserving museum artefacts, restoration of hardwood floors, installation of new tile and carpet, construction of new shelving, and more.
