By Renee Cowell (CHATHAM-KENT, ON) – Around 4:30 pm yesterday afternoon, emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle collision on Keil Drive South in Chatham. A 39 year-old Windsor man struck a 43 year-old Chatham man. Neither man was injured. The Windsor man was charged with careless driving.
