Windsor Driver Walking For A Week

(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On February 12, the OPP conducted a vehicle stop on Coronation Avenue in Leamington, Ontario. The driver was demanded, but refused, to provide a breath sample into an approved screening device.

Kevin Flores-Martinez, 29, of Windsor, was arrested and will appear in a Leamington court on March 1 to answer the charge of refusing to provide a breath sample. His driver’s licence has been suspended and his vehicle impounded as per the regulations of the Highway Traffic Act.
