Reko Brings In New Director

(WINDSOR, ON) – Following the retirement of Rick Stone, who worked at Reko International Group for 29 years and was the Automation Division director, the company has announced the appointment of Mark Read.

Read will join Reko’s executive team as director of the Automation Division and will bring with him 31 years of experience in the automation industry, including positions in the life science and energy sectors of ATS Automation, in Cambridge.

In a press release, Reko said Read’s diverse experience and leadership expertise will be an important factor in the successful growth and diversification of the Automation division.

Read will supervise a team of automation equipment designers responsible for designing, building, and installing robotic and non-robotic automation equipment globally. The unit is expected to move into a new facility adjacent to Reko’s local head office early next year.
