Petrolia Man Fails Roadside Screening

(PETROLIA, ON) – On February 24, the OPP was conducting a RIDE check on Glenview Road, in Petrolia, when offices investigated a driver who was in the process of making a delivery to a business.

As a result, the driver provided a breath sample that registered as a fail reading at the roadside, and later provided a breath sample more than twice the legal limit.

Daniel Bos, 45, from Petrolia, was charged with operating a vehicle with over 80mg of alcohol in his blood.

Bos is required to attend court in Sarnia on March 20, to answer to the allegation.
