Perfect Pairings At AGW

(WINDSOR, ON) – The Art Gallery of Windsor recently premiered the 2017 Windsor-Essex Triennial of Contemporary Art exhibit and welcomed some of the highest attendance and praise at their celebratory First Friday’s opening on October 22.

Next week, on November 17, the AGW will follow up with a special art auction, Perfect Pairings, which will see works from renowned contemporary and modern artists, including Brenda Francis Pelkey, Adèle Duck, Iain Baxter&, Louise Chance Baxter&, and Bobs Cogill Haworth, among others become available for acquisition for personal enjoyment.

The evening’s agenda will also include wine and food carefully selected by local sommeliers, Carolyn Mason and Claudia Taylor, from the award-winning North 42 Degrees Estate Winery and their new restaurant, Bistro 42.

The tastings have all been inspired by the art auction and all proceeds will support the AGW’s ongoing community engagement efforts. Tickets are available for only $75 per person through the AGW website or by calling 519-977-0013.
