Pair Face Drug Charges After Running Red Light

(CHATHAM, ON) – At about 3am on November 7, an OPP officer was traveling northbound on Prince Albert Road, near Longwoods Road, when he witnessed a driver commit a traffic infraction.

The vehicle was stopped and, while conducting the investigation, the officer discovered and seized approximately 15 grams of cannabis marijuana.

Jason Guttridge, 32, of Chatham, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and with failing to stop at a red light.

A passenger in Guttridge’s vehicle, Rose Craievich, 22, also of Chatham, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Both will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Chatham on December 14 to answer to the charges.
