(CHATHAM, ON) – On February 6, the OPP responded to a traffic complaint on St Clair Road, north of Chatham. The complainant told police that a vehicle approached him and began trying to force his vehicle off the road.
Contact was made between both vehicles which resulting in minor damage. The other vehicle then turned off St Clair Road and left the area.
Officers located the vehicle was located a short time later and they spoke to the driver.
As a result, Kevin Tremblay, 40, of Chatham, has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failing to surrender licence, speeding, fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle, fail to surrender insurance card.
Tremblay is required to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on April 7, to answer to the charges.
