International Film Fest Needs Volunteers

(WINDSOR, ON) – Celebrating its 21st edition this July and early August, and featuring films, performances, and events by artists including Andy Warhol, Matana Roberts, and others from around the world, Media City Film Festival is an international event dedicated to the presentation of artists’ films and presented in Windsor and Detroit.

It is the only film festival of its kind in the world that takes place on both sides of an international border.

Volunteers are needed to make this year’s festival the best ever. It is the perfect opportunity for students and those interested in arts in culture in Windsor and Detroit to get involved, meet new friends and filmmakers, and participate in a wonderfully unique event.

  • Billets
  • Drivers
  • Ticket and Merchandise tables
  • Artists’ Hospitality
  • Venue set-up
  • Tech instalment and load out
  • Catalogue and poster distribution
  • Documentation and promotion

If you are unable to volunteer this year, you can still attend some of the excellent screenings and events where guest artists will be in attendance from around the world.
