Erratic Driving Draws Police Attention

(LAKESHORE, ON) – On August 2, police witnessed a man driving a vehicle in an erratic manner on County Road 22 near Manning Road.

Officers stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver vehicle who exhibited signs of impairment. He registered a fail on a Roadside Screening Device and was arrested at the scene.

Kirk Sereduik, 25, of Windsor, was charged with Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content, Drive While Under Suspension, and Drive Motor Vehicle with Liquor Readily Available.

Sereduik will appear in a Windsor court on August 20 to answer to the charges.
