Bargaining Season Begins For FCA, UAW

(DETROIT, MI) – Fiat Chrysler Automobiles US and the UAW are getting ready to open negotiations for a new collective bargaining agreement.

Glenn Shagena, head of Employee Relations for FCA North America, and Norwood Jewell, the vice president for the United Auto Workers, will meet this afternoon to announce the opening of talks at the UAW-Chrysler Training Centre on East Jefferson, in Detroit.

  1. The UAW will be bargaining for more work brought back to the United States, they will be competing with Mexico and Canada so I hope Unifor takes notes.
