Windsor Police K9 Teams Score Big

(WINDSOR, ON) – As part of their training and annual qualifications, The Windsor Police K9 Unit attended the USPCA PD1 Regional Trials in Livonia Michigan.

Timagehe event took place July 27th – 29th 2012.

The team had a successful showing and received the following awards:

  • Top Ontario Canine Team
  • 1st Place Overall Team Scoring
  • 1st Place Overall Scoring
  • 1st Place Apprehension
  • 1st Place Agility
  • 1st Place Total Searching
  • Borris Award For Top Apprehension Score
  • 2nd Place Total Searching
  • 3rd Place Obedience
  • 3rd Place Total Searching
  • 3rd Place Apprehension
  • 4th Place Overall Scoring
  • 5th Place Overall Scoring
  • Top Rookie Dog

All members scored, attained a score in excess of 570 and have qualified for the national championships.
