Three Arrests For Trafficking

(CHATHAM-KENT, ON) – Yesterday, members of the Chatham-Kent police Intelligence Unit executed a search warrant at an apartment on Adelaide Street South in Chatham. One male and three females were located inside and were arrested for drug trafficking and possession of controlled substances. Officers located quantities of methamphetamine, cocaine and oxycodone in the residence.

A 29-year-old Chatham man and a 65-year-old Chatham woman have both been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, and failing to comply with an undertaking. They have been held in custody pending a bail hearing.

A 42-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking and possession of a controlled substance. She was released from custody with a future court date.

A 20-year-old Chatham woman has been charged with possession of a controlled substance for the purposes of trafficking and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was released from custody with a future court date.
