Micro-Medical Company Lands In Tecumseh

(WINDSOR, ON) – Windsor Business is reporting in its August issue, out today, that a company known as Windsor Micro Medical Devices has purchased a building in Tecumseh. The company has also filed with the Ontario government’s Environmental Registry for air and noise compliance to allow it to operate a factory to manufacture precision metal medical devices and medical implants.
In its application the company lists its address as 5340 Avion Park Drive in the Ohio community of Highland Heights.
Business registries report that the address is also the location of Norman Noble a company which was founded in 1946 and has an estimated 300 employees. It specializes in what is known as Microprecision Medtech Manufacturing.
On its website, the company claims it is “commonly referred to as the most technologically advanced contract manufacturer in the Medtech Industry. Our unique micromachining and finishing capabilities enable the manufacturing of your newest designs of Medical Devices, Components, and Implants. We specialize in micromachining of exotic materials to very complex geometries with dimensional tolerances to +/-.0001.”
