Secondly you need people on that committee that are there to work not just fill a seat. The third and most important thing is a mayor and city council that make their priority in getting jobs and develope business in Windsor number one.

Windsor is in worse shape than people believe or even know, and things are not getting any better. The time is now for the mayor and city council to step up to the plate and take some serious action on our cities future.
