Canada-Wide Warrant Issued

(COQUITLAM, BC) – On May 20th, 2012 David FOMRADAS was reported on an unauthorized absence and is now wanted on a Canada wide warrant for being unlawfully at large. 

FOMRADAS is:

• a 34yr old Caucasian male,
• fair complexion,
• 5’11" tall,
• 161 lbs,
• medium build, 
• brown hair,
• with stubble and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black shirt, grey pants and brown shoes.  FOMRADAS has the potential for violence when not on his medication.

If sighted, do not approach, contact your nearest police department or call 911.
