Look For The Calendar In Your Mailbox

(WINDSOR, ON) – Canada Post has started delivering 70,000 City of Windsor 2012-13 Collection Calendars to residential mailboxes. City-wide delivery of the calendars is expected to take two weeks. 

The Collection Calendar is valid from April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 and acts as a handy reference tool throughout the year. 

The waste collection schedule indicates to Windsor residents when their garbage, recycling and yard waste collection days occur.  It is also a comprehensive brochure that details all preparation requirements and guidelines.  Further, the collection calendar includes many waste disposal tips and options for household garbage, recyclable materials, yard waste and other organic materials.  Information can also be found regarding various other household waste including metal items, appliances, grass clippings, paints, chemicals, furniture, syringes, and tires.
