College Ave Bridge Reopens
(WINDSOR, ON) – After a three year closure the College Avenue Bridge over CP Rail will re-open to traffic this morning. FACCA Constrution has completed repairs to the bridge and vehicle traffic can now resume using the bridge.

Talk about milking a project, could no one make a decision to get this bridge fixed. I spoke to people passing buy one day and they were upset with the mayor and council for not acting on this situation with the repairs of the bridge. The wait time was caused by waiting for a decision to raise the bridge for the higher boxcars, but three yaers is a bit much wouldn’t you think.
