Hockey Fights Back Against Cancer

(FOREST, ON) – On Saturday, October 1st to help kick off a month of cancer awareness, Faith Doornbosch with her family, dropped the puck at the local Junior B Predators game against Leamington.
After 2 ½ years Faith finished her chemotherapy treatment in August 2011. Faith was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphyblastic Leukemia) when she was 8 ½ yrs old.
The Lambton Shores Predators and the Canadian Cancer Society are joining together in the Fight Against Cancer. Purchase pre-sale tickets for the October 15th Predators vs. Sarnia Legionnaires game at 7:30 pm at the Shores Arena in Forest and proceeds will go to the Relay for Life (Canadian Cancer Society).
Calling all cancer survivors to attend this game where we will have Survivor recognition during the game, in memory of daffodil blooms, pink breast cancer bracelets and exclusive Predators and Canadian Cancer Society T-shirts available call 519-328-0907 for tickets.
