It Was One Of Those Days
(LEAMINGTON, ON) – On April 19, 2011 Leamington OPP observed a white Jeep Cherokee on Donald Ave, Leamington. The officers noted that the validation tag was photocopied and attached to the rear plate with tape. The driver, a 41-year-old Leamington man failed to provide ownership and insurance for the vehicle.
The driver was charged with numerous offences including; failing to provide a breath sample, fail to surrender permit for motor vehicle, deface validation, drive motor vehicle – no licence and operate a motor vehicle without insurance.
